Pricing:
Engraving cost will vary on each job depending on the product to be engraved and complexity of text, layouts and logos.
Order Processing:
We prefer that all order information be submitted via email. Bold typed faxes are also acceptable. We do not accept verbal engraving information! If you have a deadline requirement, we will expedite within reason, at no additional charge. A lead time of one – two weeks is usually sufficient for most standard orders. Logos:
Logo artwork, for mechanical engraving, must be submitted as Black & White with no Gray or Half-tones. Depending on material, laser engraving will sometimes work with half-tones. All files should be high resolution and are best submitted as .cdr, .bmp, .tif, .jpg or .gif. One time logo charges vary based on complexity.
Payment:
All on-line orders must be paid by credit card at time of placement. We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover. If you would like to submit payment in a different manner, call us at 1-508-485-6630
Back Orders:
You will be notified immediately of any items on back order.
Shipping:
Small items, such as name plates, will be mailed via USPS everything else will ship UPS ground unless specified. We have access to all major carriers. Some customers receive shipping discounts and we will gladly ship on your numbers and add a small packaging fee.
Returns:
Engraved items are non-returnable! Should we make an error, return the item to us via prepaid ground shipping and we will correct and return the item. Enclose or email a receipt and we will refund those shipping costs.
Damage Claims:
All claims must be filed directly with the delivering carrier. Retain all original cartons for inspection by shipping agent. If you feel you are not receiving prompt attention from the carrier, please call us at 1-508-485-6630 and we will assist you.
Privacy:
